Board of Education approved the following individuals for Coaching Positions with the High School Crew Program. Zack Palumbo - Boys Head Coach, Last year, Zack was involved as an AssistantCoach with the Boys Program. Courtney Casto - Assistant Girls Coach, Courtney is a graduate of Egg HarborTownship and rowed [4] years with the high school program as well as her 1st year with University of Delaware. Courtney assisted as a volunteer for the girls crew program in 2005. She is a teacher at Alder Middle School. The Boys Assistant Coaches position was posted today. As soon as a selection is made, we will get this information out to you.

SPORT PHYSICALS AND HEALTH FORMS: ALL STUDENTS WHO PLAN TO TRY OUT AND PARTICIPATE IN THE 2008 CREW SEASON MUST HAVE THEIR HEALTH FORMS TO COACH WELSH ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 3. THE SCHOOL HAS IMPLEMENTED A NEW POLICY WITH REGARD TO SUBMITTING HEALTH FORMS FOR EACH SPORT SEASON, IT IS MANDATORY THAT PAPER WORK MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED FOR EVERY SPORT THAT A STUDENT PARTICIPATES IN. Winter training for the girls team will begin Monday, Dec. 3 at 2:30 p.m. in the upstairs weight room at the High School. All rowers who are not currently on a winter sport should plan on attending.
